Atlanta Rod & Mfg. Co. Inc. has been manufacturing specialty nuts for your projects since 1981. We have the capacity and the ability to make nuts in many different specialty nickel alloys. We recently made these nickel alloy Monel K500 Heavy Hex Nuts below for a pump and valve project. These 1 1/2-8 K500 Heavy Hex Nuts were precision forged in-house from domestic nickel alloy K500. They then underwent a very long age-hardening process to meet specific desired mechanical values. The Monel K500 Heavy Hex Nuts were then proof-load tested in our in-house laboratory and exported.
