At Atlanta Rod, we provide precision metal fabrication services for industrial, structural, and construction applications. In addition to our fabrication capabilities, we manufacture anchor bolts, forged nuts and headed bolts to meet your project’s demanding requirements.
Our fabrication services include custom concrete embedments—studded pipe, embed plates of all shapes and sizes, embedded angles and channels, and miscellaneous steel fabrication. Our in-house CAD drafting team can detail these for engineering approval. All services use the same domestic steel types and materials listed elsewhere on our site, and are manufactured under ASTM specifications, with full domestic certifications of melt and manufacture available.
We also manufacture special plate washers, base plates, tie rods, and other hardware—all with the same quality standards used across our product lines.

Plates
Atlanta Rod manufactures special plate washers in any size from 1/4″ to 6″ thick. We also manufacture base plates, rings and cages in-house. Plate washers up to 1″ thick are sheared and punched while thicker plates are burned in house. Washer Plate fabrication and assembly with your bolts can be done upon request.
