A354 BC
The ASTM A354 Bolts specifications covers the chemical and mechanical requirements of quenched and tempered alloy steel bolts, studs, and other externally threaded fasteners 4″ and under in diameter. Grade BC is lower in strength than grade BD and is not designed to be used in applications where tensioned to more than half of their rated tensile strength.
